Re-Define It!

To redefine is to challenge existing boundaries and reshape perceptions with clarity and purpose. It takes courage to recognize a need, and be brave enough to create a solution that breaks down barriers. This is exactly what God calls us to be. God has called us to be light in darkness. Light always overcomes darkness. God has commanded us to go into all the world and preach light into the darkness. Breaking the boundaries of darkness is always tremendously difficult and is always met with great resistance. But, Jesus admonished us that we should ensure that we have the power of the Holy Ghost before we venture to overcome darkness (Luke 24:49). God will always empower you before he commissions you. He has equipped us with everything we need to do the commission. It is up to us to maintain everything God has given us. Paul encourages us to pray without ceasing. Prayer is one of our main power refresher. I refer to prayer as the power conversation.

In prayer, we get to talk with God and have him talk to us. You get fresh intel straight from the throne room of God. God has made this given us this powerful weapon to add to our arsenal. If we take advantage of the opportunity to commune with God, we will be on the absolute highest level of living. The Bible states that if we draw near to God, He will draw near to us (James 4:8).

So as we dare to have good success, refuse to be afraid to redefine things and situations. Redefine your community according to God’s design. Redefine your family according to God’s design. Redefine your business according to God’s design. Bring light to the darkness and eliminate the darkness. Don’t complain! Just be the re-definition!
