You Have Authority
You have authority. It is not granted lightly; it has been given to you by God. Authority commands respect because it is backed by knowledge and consistent action. When you speak or decide with authority, others listen—not because they must, but because they trust your judgment and recognize your competence.
Now, I can hear one ask, “Authority to do what?”. God has given us the authority to be all that He created us to be. You have the permission of heaven to soar and thrive in your God-given purpose. You have been empowered by God Himself. That is all the permission you need. God has further given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions; and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). God has basically empowered us to be victorious in living the life He has gifted to us.
True authority empowers both the leader and those they serve. It creates clarity in uncertainty, fosters confidence in teams, and drives meaningful progress. To wield authority effectively, combine decisiveness with empathy and a commitment to continuous growth. Remember, authority is not about control; it is about influence grounded in responsibility.
Own your authority. Use it to elevate others, inspire innovation, and shape the future with conviction. In doing so, you don’t just lead—you create lasting value. Remember, you are empowered value, empowering value. The world is waiting for your impact with authority.
