…. And Scene

Have you ever witnessed the making of a play or movie, where they used the phrase, “…and Scene”? This is a short phrase that speaks volumes. It represents the ending of a scene or accumulation of events, in a play or movie. That particular section of the movie or play has culminated. It also signifies the beginning of a different scene or set of events.

We are living out the real life movie of our God-ordained lives, everyday. Our lives are a conglomerate of scenes that play out every single day. God created and developed our real life story and we are here living that out. We must be super intentional about ensuring that we live out all the plans of God effectively and completely. Getting distracted is definitely not an option.

When I listen to the news or social media, I hear the loud, glaring sound of distracted lives. So many people allow the mediocrities of life to distract them from their genius destiny. We must navigate away from life’s distractions in order for us to experience the greatness and abundance that God has prepared for us. The goal must be to completely drop the mic at the end of each scene with joy and amazement at what God has done through our lives.

When you live out a scene of your life, do so with confidence. When you love out your life-scene, do so with joy. When you live out your life-scene, do your research. When you live out your life-scene make it count. When you live out your life-scene, make God proud. Live your life so that in the end you can hear God say, “Well Done!”. ……And Scene!
